My Philosophy on Health Coaching

In a world that is suffering in so many ways, Health Coaches are passionate people that want to help, spread awareness and create change.

I provide a personal approach. I believe Health Coaching is a very different modality because it helps people understand – it’s the missing link in the health care system today.

God has blessed me with the gift of a desire to help others and a passion to learn, and I want share what I learn. I LOVE what I do as a therapist, as a personal trainer and has a health counselor, I make a living with what I do and I want to make my life…giving.

I offer highly individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching in a one-on-one session working with people in person or over the phone.

  • Health coaching starts with a 45 min. phone session that focuses on you.
  • During this session we will discover your top 3 health and wellness goals with one or 2 action steps that you can move forward on the path to your version of optimal health.
  • The ideas that are taught are concrete simple and easy to implement
