Linda Drury Smiciklas has been a resident of South Florida for over 50 years and the past 27 years she has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy at Florida International University, in Miami, FL., in 1984 and continued her training by obtaining her Hand Therapy certification in 1991.

She is experienced in the treatment of a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to carpal tunnel syndrome, and other compression syndromes, arthritis, cumulative disorders (tennis elbow), DeQuervains and many other forms of tendonitis/tendinopathy, tendon and nerve injuries, fractures, Dupuytrens ligament injuries, CRPS, shoulder injuries and wound care. All conditions can be managed pre or post operatively and she is able to custom fabricate any splint that is required.

Linda continues to broaden her vast knowledge and love of her profession and specialty by attending regular seminars for continuing education. In addition to her experience as an Occupational and Hand Therapist, she is also a personal trainer through NSCA and a HHC through the Institute of integrative nutrition.
