    When was the last time you felt as though someone really listened to you about your concerns and problems related to your health and wellness. Did you feel that you were given the attention that you deserved?
    These concerns coupled with my own personal struggles related to weight and health issues is why I furthered my education and became a Health Coach.
    As your Health Coach, I will listen to you carefully and create a supportive environment and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
    Having studied all the major dietary theories, I am able to use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
    I approach nutrition as “whole foods” instead of compartmentalizing them into individual nutrients such as calories, carbs, proteins, fats etc. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I will coach you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
    No one diet works for everyone. Together we will find the food and lifestyle choices that best supports you. We will also work on making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
